Products

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Product images are provided for reference and slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur.

Prices and orders

All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. An order is confirmed when checkout is completed and payment has been accepted.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production, destination, and carrier delays. Shipping times are outside our direct control once an order has been handed over to the fulfillment partner or carrier.

Returns and refunds

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless required by law. If your item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Claims made after 30 days may still be considered where required by consumer law, but timely reporting helps us resolve issues faster.

Customer information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, logos, product designs, and text remain the property of the site owner unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
